So far so good, been using it for almost a week and haven't break out since. My only problem is the pump which did not work for me today so I open the bottle and found out that pump is not even attached to a longer tube that should reach the bottom of the bottle. I'm not sure if it did not come with it or have just disconnected itself from the top but I don't see any piece inside the bottle. Does this mean I have to start taking the top off and shake it out to get the product? And it sucks morebecause I paid $33 for it before the price went down to $25 after a week I ordered it. I think I should get a discount or something...

It's not suppose to have a pump. It is an airless tube. The pump creates a vacuum that dispenses the product without ever needing a straw. You just need to pump it a few times to activate it.
