i was really excited to get this new acne serum, because nothing works on me! but sad to say, even after approximately 20 pumps, nothing came out of the bottle... and being lil ol' determined me, i unscrewed the cap and had to spill it out in order to use it.
i love how the serum makes my skin feel, but i really wish the packaging was different.. im not sure how my "unscrew and use" method will work when it starts to run low =\ sigh~
i may have to resort to shaking all the serum out and using a different bottle! :( sadface

Turn the bottle upside down and pump. The product will come out. Pressure changed during air shipping, so you have to give it good pumps, once you create the vacuum, it will dispense normally. Thats why we are having this sale to improve by creating new packaging that everyone will find effective.

Waited for a week for this baby and it sure delivered wonderful results. Love how ot helps the absorption of the other facial products I'm using. At the same time, while it may seem drying, it really doesn't, it keeps the skin fresh for longer! I think $25USD is very reasonable, will definitely come back for more! This serum is very nice for me, I have oily and sensitive skin, and it leaves my face feeling soft and smooth, and it calms down my skin. I tend to get breakouts around my period, and it handles those well too. At first it made my breakouts worse, but I think it's because I had to switch from my prescription clindamycin phosphate lotion. I use it after cleanser once a day in the mornings. But I have a question: Since my skin tends to be oily, would I apply this product in the morning and at night? With my old prescription, I would wash and apply the lotion twice a day, so I was wondering if I should do the same. I would love it if you could answer Michelle!

You probably broke out first because of the retinol, it usually happens for 1 week. After the first week, the skin should get use to the retinol and clear up. Also, remember to wear sunscreen over the acne serum to product your skin from further irritation. (Posted on 2/1/10)

So far so good, Ive been using it for almost a week now and I don't have any break-outs yet. The problem I encountered is the pump, it wouldn't work for me today so I opened the bottle and found out that it doesn't have the long piece that suppose to reach the bottom of the bottle so I was wondering if it came like that or it was just disconnected. But I didn't see any piece inside... does this mean I have to start opening the bottle every time I need to use it and shake the contents out? And it sucks more 'coz I paid $33 for it then after a week it down to $25. Maybe I should get a discount or something, what do you think Michelle?

It's not suppose to have a pump. Airless tube, it creates a vacuum to dispense the product. No need for tubes, just a vacuum. Give it a few good pumps, and it's ready to go =)

So far so good, been using it for almost a week and haven't break out since. It's not suppose to have a pump. It is an airless tube. The pump creates a vacuum that dispenses the product without ever needing a straw. You just need to pump it a few times to activate it.

I've had this acne serum for about 1-2 months now. When I first used it, it made my face super dry and acne appeared by the corners of my mouth. Might have been a reaction, but lesson learned here because...

I had found out that the serum should be applied only to the affected areas. It worked really well on my nose. My nose has blackheads and it gets grainy and very oily sometimes. Note this, I have normal/dry skin and that was probably why my face reacted to it, so this tells me I don't have to apply the serum all over the face. So I hope this helps the people out there with normal/dry skin.

I love this product because it makes my nose feel very clean, funny to say, and because of the fresh herbal smell of the orange serum. =) (Posted on 1/31/10)

This really does work. I've used mine for about a week and it has reduced my acne significantly. My bf notices a difference too. It doesn't dry out your skin at all. And it reduces redness. My cheeks/nose have always been red in high school, but I never had acne until I moved for college. I will keep buying this product, especially if the new price is $25. All I need is 1 1/2 pumps for my entire face. The packaging for the acne serum didn't bother me as much for the replenishing cream. The acne serum took way less pumps than the replenishing cream and it doesn't leak like how the replenishing cream does. I think it's because the acne serum is thicker. Anyway, change the packaging if you want for the acne serum, but DON'T change the formula. First acne product I found that works.
