Returns
IQQU provides a return policy on any unused and unopened items. You may return products sold by iqqubeauty.com no more than 14 days of receipt of your order (based on the delivery record), and upon pre-approval of iqqubeauty.com. We'll also pay the return shipping fee if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. To initiate a return, kindly email us at iqqu@iqqubeauty.com, including your order number and we will send you instructions on how to return the products
Refund policy
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you. We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products.
Exchange policy
All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products kindly email us at iqqu@iqqubeauty.com.
We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. The return shipping fee will also be refunded by offering you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement.
Only in case the product was sold out, we'll refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

VeriSign SSL encryption: IQQU understands how important security is when shopping online. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption technology. This is the most advanced consumer online security technique to date. IQQU staff does not have access to customer credit card numbers.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to the state of Florida.
Order processing time
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST may ship the following business day. Likewise, orders placed on non-business days (weekends or holidays) will be processed on the next business day.
When possible, orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be processed the same day if received by 12 Noon EST, although we try to extend this cut-off time whenever possible.
*Shipping may take up to 3-14 days as our products ship from Asia.
Product availability
Occasionally, a product may be temporarily unavailable. Unavailable products will be marked and labeled as unavailable. If this is the case, add the product to your cart, and it will be labeled as a product placement order. You will not be charged and an email will be sent to you once the product is available.
