The brush (with your favourite compact or mineral powder) gives the skin a perfect finish. I never had that with a brush i always saw streak marks.
About the softness of the brush: i have brushes that feel softer.

I really like this brush. It seems well built. The hairs are sooooooooooo soft. And the red is very pretty. I think that the price right now is pretty good, I got mine last week for 19.99 which is an amazing deal . grab while the price is still low. (Posted on 9/3/10)

My review is quite the same for the white blush brush: the bristles are shedding after a while and yes, I clean it properly. It did lose a bit of its initial softness, but it still applies very nicely my loose powder. Also, there's a crack in the ebony handle. I'm not sure if it was here when I received it though.

I love this buki to death. It's so soft and spreads powder really well. It seems high quality but the price was ridiculously low! I expected the brush to be a litlle smaller but this works fine aswell. I like the wooden handle, but I'm not sure if it'll crack after several cleanings...because there's no way of avoiding it getting a teeny bit wet when you wash it. And the colour is gorgeous. Loving the little pouche too <3 nine out of ten :)

Thanks so much for the great product! I bought two brushes (for my sister and I) but after using it, I felt stupid that I didn't buy one for my mom too! It's so cute and made of really good quality bristles. The wooden handle makes it feel luxurious!

I've been using my kabuki brush for the past couple of days. Its really soft on the face and picks up just the right amount of loose powder. And I only got it for 20 bucks! Highly recommended ;) (Posted on 9/1/10)

First, I'm what you call a brush amateur. I don't often wear make-up, but when I do I use Bareminerals and I've always used the brushes that came with the starter kit. I wanted to try something new so I picked up this product when it was on sale (19.99). I do really like the brush and feel it works well for the mineral make-up. I have only used it two or three times so I haven't yet cleaned it, but you can already tell it will be difficult to maintain the "handle" (Posted on 8/30/10)

i absolutely LOVE this brush!! it's so soft and for the price, it's really really good! i've been searching for brushes and trying out different ones, and i really like this one! i love michelle phan and i think that this is a really good investment! my sister has one too!! =] i recommend buying this and watching michelle's videos!
