I received the Acne Serum back in January. It lasted me about 3 months. To address some of the reviews that I've read (not only on this website):

Pump problems (initial): I had no troubles with the pump. I had to pump a couple times to get the product flowing in the beginning, but after that I didn't experience any problems getting the product out. I feel like that needs to be done with many products. I actually prefer it because then I know it's new and not used.

Pump Problem #2 (product leakage): I did experience leakage of my product towards the end when the product was almost gone. It didn't bother me too much considering I could just use that product the next time (Since I always put the cap on).

Acne breakout after usage: I didn't experience any acne breakout after using this product. I guess my skin didn't react to the retinol A.

Dryness: The product didn't make my face dry at all.

Ok, my personal experience:

This product didn't work for me. I tried this for about 3 months, and I didn't see any signs of improvement with my acne. I have minimal to moderate acne only on my forehead. I didn't see much reduction in the time that the acne healed or in the prevention of new acne. The product does feel nice on, but I just didn't see any benefit to using the product. I bought the product for the purpose of acne reduction/prevention not as facial lotion (that's what my bliss regimen is for). Paying such a big amount for no acne improvement in my skin wasn't worth it to me. I'm not saying this won't work for others, it just wasn't doing anything for me.

Paying $30 plus $8 shipping...man that is a hefty price. Since she sometimes ships from her Florida home, I wish that she could just cut the shipping down (obviously, it doesn't cost $8 to ship from Florida to the rest of the US). I understand it's expensive shipping from Thailand...but if she has it in stock in the US, then $8 for shipping is completely unnecessary.

So, overall, I wouldn't buy the product again. No improvement on acne.

Just to end on a good note, I do like Michelle's sunscreen. The only thing that prevents me from buying it is the shipping, but it works well, feels nice on, and works as a primer (whenever I do use makeup, which is very rare). I've also had that since January, and it still hasn't run out! (Posted on 8/5/10)

I have been using this serum for almost a week and i havent had a break out yet? So far i havent had much improvement in my skin, but i dont have very bad skin anyway. But i love the smell! Yummy... and the rice scrubs smells delicious too. (Posted on 8/4/10)

First of all when I started it broke me out WAY worse than I had started with, but I heard that that was normal so I continued to use it. I love the texture and the smell. I have light acne occasionally and I would have to say after using this daily for 2 months straight it didn't really deal with the acne the way I thought it would. I honestly haven't seen too much improvement. I still get breakouts like I used to, and they are just as bad... But I will keep using because it does feel good going on the skin but much is to be desired in the form of actually helping acne!

I noticed after the first day or two I broke out A LOT more than normal on my forehead (which is my problem area). I read other reviews outside this website and people kept saying how terrible the product was and it just made them break out more. However, and I'm not sure if I'm correct , I believe that this product accelerated future break outs so it can also accelerate the healing process. Right now it has been day four and everything is clearing up and healing much faster than what I am used to. I use this morning and night after whatever face regimen I have planned that day (either simply cleansing or using masks). A pearl sized amount is good for your entire face. I bought this before the sale kinda upset =( because I bought this and the advance sunscreen. It was almost $60 with shipping but still happy with the purchase. If you think about it popular products are a lot more money. I ADVICE EVERYONE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SALE!!!!!!

Hello, I purchased the acne serum and rice scrub :) I'm having a really hard time getting the serum out from the bottle. I tried the upside down technique but it still doesn't work. I have to use a q-tip to get it out. I think I'll waste a lot of the serum 'cause of the packaging. Nonetheless the product is good but packaging is a hassle. Haven't use the rice scrub yet but hopefully the packaging isn't a hassle. (Posted on 8/3/10)
