i ordered this product along with the jasmine rice scrub. i was especially excited to try this product because of the great reviews i have read. i have had bad acne for about 5 years and i was hoping this product would have finally gotten rid of it, but sadly it made it worse. the jasmine rice scrub makes your skin amazingly soft after you use it though. as much as i really wanted this product to work out, it didnt. the 3 week wait and the $10 shipping was pretty much a waste. This product is amazing and its been clearing out almost 89% of my acne. The only downside about it is because of the new packaging, it wasted a lot when I first received it.

The product was a whole lot on the cap like the tube was squeezed and the products also get on the mouth of the place where the product should come out from the tube. So I feel horrible but still, I think what Im going to do to get the product is to take a clean Q-tip/cotton bud and just scrip the product out and apply it on myface whenever Im running out of the serum.

But overall, its a great product that only have one downside for the packaging. But i still give it 5 star for the amazing stuff it does on my face =)

I bought it a couple weeks ago and I am not that impressed. It smells nice and makes my skin softer but it didn't clear up my acne. Actually it got worse...this product is not for everyone.

I love Michelle Phan's make-up tutorials and I love her tips, but unfortunately with this product it's a little bit of a disappointment : ( (Posted on 8/26/10)

I finally received my acne serum today! I'm super excited. I just washed my face and put it on, and it feels really really nice... not to mention it smells minty :o which is nice. It feels really good, it's not sticky, oily, and I can tell it's not clogging my pores whatsoever. I have some acne scars because I couldn't help but pick at my pimples (gross, bad, and I know you guys have done it too!!) and I have a couple small ones on my forehead, so hopefully they'll disappear :) So far so good! i use to have very bad acne for 7 years and ive been using this for a few months and WOW the difference from how i looked then and now is immence it made me break out for the first couple of weeks but it was worth it so i you break out its nothing itd your acne getting use to the retinal but it will get better i promice so just dont hesitate to buy it just BUY IT! ! ! ! hehe (Posted on 8/21/10)

I picked up my parcel from the post office eager and excited to try this hot product I have been hearing about. Night one and my skin looks so much better than it did the night before in the morning and feels better too. I became allergic to a different product leaving me with a nasty never ending breakout on my chin and forehead. This product was well worth the 2 week wait from Thailand. I WILL be ordering in bulk = )

I just got it yesterday and used it last night! I had been breaking out recently (finals -.-") and I woke up this morning and almost all redness was gone and all the little zits were gone! I was seriously amazed. I have tried other creams, like one I got as prescription from a dermatologist, it worked well and got rid of all my zits, but it always left my skin so dried out. This one didnt! I felt like my skin was so soft and clean XD

i started the acne serum not long ago. I have combination oily skin. Is not that great based on the review. Maybe is depend on individual. From combination skin my skin become dry. I didnt notice it until after i went for facial, my beautician said my skin become dry and my forehead got fine lines so I've stopped using it. (Posted on 8/18/10)

For the first two weeks, I could see no significant difference. My acne scars did seem to be going away, but I would still be getting DAILY breakouts and such. I was getting kind of down, since everyone said it would start working after like 3 days - 1 week. (Oh, I also didn't have the initial breakout to the Retinol.)

BUT... after 2 weeks and a few days, I could really see that a lot of the acne scars were fading. Although it didn't make my pores smaller, I was getting fewer blackheads. My daily breakouts turned into weekly. My face still isn't picture perfect or anything, but it's a long ways better than where I used to be. I don't get painful cysts anymore, only small pimples that go away after a few days.

I don't know about the re-packaged one, but mine doesn't leak or have any problems. I think I will purchase a second bottle and see how it goes.
