This policy is only applies to purchases made online at iqqubeauty.com and does not cover purchases made at any retail shops.
All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition. Should this happen, please study details below and initiate a return, kindly email us at iqqu@iqqubeauty.com including your order number with full details.

If you return the items because of Damage, Defects or Incorrect delivery as a result of an error on behalf of iQQU Beauty, we will refund the price you paid for the item (s) and the delivery costs to return the item (s) to our Distribution Center.
You must enclose a valid receipt for the return delivery costs. You should use a delivery courier that requires a signature upon receipt. We will not be responsible for items returned but are lost in transit.

Returns Refunds and Exchanges Policy

iQQU provides a return policy on any Unused and Unopened items only. You may return products sold by iqqubeauty.com no more than 14 calendar days of receipt of your order (based on the delivery record), and upon pre-approval of iqqubeauty.com. However you must tell us 7 days of the packaging receipt that you intend to return the item. We'll also pay the return shipping fee if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot accept a return item where we reasonably believe the item has been used or the submitted information regarding to Damage and Defective by you is not logic or mislead. In this case, you will be notified that no refund is available and the return of the item to you will be at your cost.
Processing time for investigation takes up to 5 business days from the time the return is received, excluding the reship processing time. The case may be varied with respect to the context.

Shall any items ordered which are sent back to iQQU due to Incorrect Address provided by the customer and for the package which are Unclaimed, we will resend the order with additional shipping charges. If you wish to cancel the order due to the above, we shall provide a refund excluding the initial shipping fee and a 10% (percent) handling fee of the total purchase value will apply.

Order processing time
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, except during public holidays and on weekends. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST may be shipped the following business day.
